Sultanahmet is one of the 57 neighborhoods of Fatih district on the European side of Istanbul. Located at the extreme point of the historical peninsula, the neighborhood contains many historical monuments, especially the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.
Besiktas
Beşiktaş (pronounced [beˈʃiktaʃ]) is a district and municipality of Istanbul, Turkey, located on the European shore of the Bosphorus strait. It is bordered on the north by Sarıyer and Şişli, on the west by Kağıthane and Şişli, on the south by Beyoğlu, and on the east by the Bosphorus. Directly across the Bosphorus is the district of Üsküdar.
Aksaray
Aksaray is one of the most well-known districts of Istanbul, located at the intersection of Vatan Street and Millet Street of Fatih district in Istanbul. Unkapanı is surrounded by Fatih, Laleli, Findikzade and Yenikapi districts. Until 2009, this was the administrative district of Çakırağa neighborhood.
Maltepe
Maltepe is a district in the suburbs of Istanbul, Turkey between Kadıköy and Kartal on the Marmara sea. Its neighbours are Kadıköy to the west and Kartal to the east. The mayor of Maltepe is Ali Kılıç (CHP). Maltepe used to border Ümraniye from the northwest between 1992 and 2004. However, the Yeni Çamlıca quarter changed to Ümraniye in 1994 and the Ferhatpaşa quarter passed to Samandıra where bounded to Kartal district in 2004. Ferhatpaşa's secession led to ending of neighbourhood between Maltepe and Ümraniye.
